If a group has been listed longer than 1 minute do not join as it is already dead. You have to join the group fast as it fills up within seconds. 99% of the time you will find a group within 5 minutes I promise you. Keep your search up and just refresh every 5 seconds till one comes up. Open up group finder and under "custom" search for the one you want. The best and fastest way to farm this and the other three each day is simple. I average 1 medallion per toon so that's 3 per 12 kills. I have three toons that I farm each of the four rare's each day. Each toon has a chance to get a Medallion and one of the 3 mounts from any of the 4 rare's(Terrorfist, Doomroller, Deathtalon, Vengeance)and can even get a medallion and mount to drop in 1 kill at same time as that happened to me today from of Vengeance. You only get loot on your first kill of the day, so you only get four chances at the mount cage per day (if you kill all four rares). The three other rare spawn that can drop the Rattling Iron Cage are: Deathtalon's yell is: " Shadow Lord Iskar yells: Behind the veil, all you find is death!"
